tomtom_logo Toyota expands cooperation with TomTom, which results in the semi-embedded navigation device with enhanced security

TomTom announced the March 3, 2009 in Geneva on 79th International Motor Show to continue working with Toyota to introduce some integrated car navigation TomTom in selected lines of cars.

Latest TomTom navigation device has been designed specifically to work with in-dash audio-video system and GPS - Toyota TNS 410th

The new navigation system is to have all the advantages of easy to use, portable navigation, yet fits in the vehicle dashboard. The device is fully portable and can be easily removed from the audio system where the time of use. The device provides full cooperation with the car speakers, providing you with voice instructions, or specified. Purchasers of Toyota vehicles will have access to a wide range of features and services, including map and software updates, via TomTom HOME free.

TNS410 model will be available in Europe in the fourth quarter of 2009.

Latest second generation product was recently recognized and was awarded the Innovations 2009 Design and Engineering Award award at CES in Las Vegas in 2009.
